Poster and presenter guidelines

Poster guidelines

The maximum allowed poster size is: 80 cm wide and 110 cm high, in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the presenter.

Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.

Presenter guidelines

Plenary lectures: 40 min talk + 5 min questions

Keynote lectures: 25 min talk + 5 min questions

Oral communications: 15 min talk + 5 min questions

Flash communications: 8 min talk + 2 min questions
